Adult medium. 250 yds sportweight yarn, 6½ stitches/inch, size US 2 / 3.0 mm needles suggested. Pattern includes charted instructions. Shown above in 2-ply handspun yarn blend of silk, wool, mohair and alpaca. Charted instructions.
Tip: If you aren't a handspinner, a good yarn choice to get a similar look is to use 2 or 3 strands held together of Helen's Lace silk/wool by Lorna's Laces in color #44 Grays Corner.

For an easy variation that produces a delightful heart anklet socks scalloped cuff, follow the pattern instructions as given for cuff except omit the ribbing rounds. Work all other instructions as given.
